If you would like to go ahead and enroll into one of our programs please choose one of the forms below, please note though:
– In home Private Training times are sometimes HEAVILY booked, or may be unavailable at your preferred time.
– When re-scheduling your preferred time may NOT be available, Affinity Dog does not extend hours or cancel other clients to make room for preferred times.
- Multiple re-schedules or cancellations may result in extra charges, or program termination.
– For Board and Trains, dog drop-offs or hand-backs are usually NOT available on weekends.
– For all Programs (both Private and B&T) your First Session / Start Date is NOT secure and will not be confirmed, until a deposit has been received.
