Client Enrolment Details

If you would like to go ahead and enrol into one of our programs please choose one of the forms below, please note though:

In home Private Training times are sometimes heavily booked, or may be unavailable at your preferred time.

When re-scheduling your preferred time may not be available, Affinity Dog does not extend hours or cancel other clients to make room for preferred times.

• Multiple re-schedules or cancellations may result in extra charges, or program termination.

For Board and Trains,  dog drop-offs or hand-backs are usually not available on weekends.

For all Programs (both Private and B&T) your First Session / Start Date is not secure and will not be confirmed, until a deposit has been received.
